Based on the analysis we suggest actions which can be taken immediately, and actions on a more long-term basis. In this phase, ProfitFinder® functions for follow up are used. This gives all managers involved possibilities to interact and to have control in real time of the outcome.

With the analysis as a platform we identify actions and targets to improve profit. The targets and targets in between are registered in the ProfitFinder® agenda, which is used as the tool for follow up and to manage the projects. Specific information and actions concerning products, customers or resources are notified in ProfitFinder® logbook.

Both the agenda and the logbook work as a connecting database with possibilities for all participants to communi-cate directly with each other. ProfitFinder® has a special function enabling communication directly in the system.
